[Feature Request] Add session naming capability for better /resume session identification

Feature Description
Would be great to have an option to name a claude code session. Currently most of my sessions when calling /resume looks like "This session is being continued from a previous conversation that ran out of context."

A simple /name ML Suggestions Part 4 would be super helpful

You can use https://github.com/Piebald-AI/tweakcc. It adds a /title command to Claude Code that does exactly what you're looking for.
