[Bug] Markdown rendering disabled in CLI output

Question

**Bug Description**
Claude Code no longer rendering markdown:   **1. Generate code review**
      Analyze PR changes and provide feedback on performance, patterns, code standards, and potential bugs.
      Does NOT checkout the branch.
  **2. Address review feedback locally**
      Checkout the PR branch, fetch all review comments, create action plan, and make changes.
      RECOMMENDED for your own PRs with review feedback.
