[BUG] Answer including Markdown Rendering Issue

What's Wrong?

There is answer rendering issue when claude code use markdown in answer. All terminal such as Visual code PS terminal, Git bash terminal show same issue.

I cannot read what Claude code answered

What Should Happen?

Claude code should show answer with full text.
