[BUG] theme colour options are too limited

Bug Description
On first run of Claude Code, I am asked to choose a colour theme.
- There is no option to have a "No color" theme
- There also is no option to use a 'base16' colour theme
Steps to Reproduce
claude- No option for "No Colour" available
Expected Behavior
An option to choose a "No colour" theme
Actual Behavior
These colour themes are presented:
- Dark mode
- Light mode
- Dark mode (colorblind-friendly)
- Light mode (colorblind-friendly)
- Dark mode (ANSI colors only)
- Light mode (ANSI colors only)
Additional Context
I wonder if it is just the preview wizard appears to show incorrect preview colors ...
