[Bug] Screen flickering and Electron crash during agent execution on resource-constrained systems

Bug Description
When agents and the planning agent are running, the screen flickers (https://youtu.be/Ez0hCiUxXeM). After a while of this flickering, Electorn crashes in VSC.

I have an old M1, and I assume these crashes are due to insufficient RAM, and it's time to buy a new laptop for working with AI. But I also think it's a memory optimization issue in Cloud Code. It's really annoying, honestly. Please fix it.
