[Bug] Terminal flickering and crash during extended conversations with high memory usage

Bug Description
After a longer conversation, the Claude Code starts to flicker as the terminal scroll to the very top and back to the cursor line. This happens especially when you try to write something. After a while, this causes the entire Claude Code to crash. Most probably when running out of memory.

This same issue occurs in macOS Terminal, so it is not just a Cursor issue.
