[Bug] Claude Code crashes VSCode when declining port conflict in multi-terminal session

Question

**Bug Description**
when I run at least 2 terminals with claude (bypass permissions on), and in one I, for example, try to run local docusaurus on port and it says that the default port is already taken, do you want to run on another, I say - NO, and then it crashes the whole VSCode!
