[BUG] Docs feedback widget unresponsive

Bug Description

On your docs site the feedback button doesn't seem to be working, or at least it doesn't provide any feedback to the user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://docs.anthropic.com/en/resources/prompt-library/polyglot-superpowers (MacOS, Chrome browser)
2. Click the feedback buttons

Expected Behavior

I am expecting to see one of the buttons stay selected or for a dialogue to pop-up with the ability to provide extra feedback

Actual Behavior

Neither button was selected
