[Bug] Claude Opus rate limit notifications despite no usage and command palette options stuck

Bug Description
I get nottifications about Claude Opus limit reached, although, I'm currently not using it and even on the webI cannot see any usage of Claude Opus. And at the same time, I get trouble that when I press /, two first options are "stuck", still same and I navigate on the ones bellow. The latest update broke so many things.
