[Bug Report: /rate-limit-options]

Bug Description
Claude session is completely stuck, just looping /rate-limit-options command and this was caused by session running out, I clicked 1) to wait out the time. Then after the time had passed, I type 'continue' but all I get is claude replying '/rate-limit-options' and after just letting it go my session trough, after it finished it started running that command /rate-limit-options and my long session with claude is gone, done and dusted :(
