[FEATURE] Support AGENDS.md directly

Problem Statement

Would be great to support directly AGENTS.md from https://agents.md/. Current workaround is to have a Claude.md file with @AGENTS.md included in it.

Proposed Solution

If Claude.md is not present, check for AGENDS.md, most other tools like Copilot and Gemini support this standard.
