[FEATURE] Claude CLI directly starting a remote session

Problem Statement

It would be great to be able to start a remote (cloud) session directly from the claude CLI, so that it can continue running on Anthropic's infrastructure and be monitored/continued from Desktop, web, or the iOS app.

Proposed Solution

Currently, remote sessions can only be started from Claude Code Desktop or the web UI. Being able to kick one off from the terminal would make the workflow much smoother for CLI-first users.
