Intermittent Workflow Interruption: AI Assistant Stalls on Checklists

Bug Description
Repeatedly Claude will present me with a "Checklist" and then sit there doing nothing. When prompted to proceed, it will show it's doing something and then stop and pretend it's finished but it's done nothing.
