[BUG] Sometimes Claude can't read files with different chars

What's Wrong?

Claude asks for confirmation for a file that already confirmed it to read.

Seems to only happen with files in this format in my codebase app/api/library/[...sth]/route.ts

What Should Happen?

It should read them without asking for confirmation over and over

Steps to Reproduce

Create a file with the specified format and make Claude read it. This works sometimes though. It happens randomly.
