[Bug] Claude executing dangerous commands (rm -rf) instead of targeted file operations

Bug Description
Claude is totally off now. Doing all kind of error all the time and when he shall delete one file he tries to do rm -rf on a whole directory. All morning it has been like this. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?
