Billing is still off does not match /cost

This is still happening on the latest version and is very frustrating, makes me not want to use it. I can't imagine how much I have lost over the weeks. Anyway, from today's test first thing in the morning. The /cost figure seems correct, it seems to be removing too much on every chat.
