[Feature Request] Add Session ID display to `/resume` command session list

Bug Description
/resume command in Claude Code shows a list of past sessions. It is too difficult to identify a specific session due to the summarized title. I recommend adding the Session ID as well, to make it easy to identify the session that I want to resume.
