[FEATURE] Configure list of session history to display in Claude desktop

Problem Statement

When I have multiple projects with multiple session history, the UI can get rather verbose and hard to navigate. We should have the option to configure how many latest N history to display before having the show N more so the UI is easy to navigate

A Configurable show latest N sessions

Alternative Solutions

Just show only latest 5 sessions and fold the rest
