[FEATURE] Access to VS Code Problems pane in Claude Code extension

Problem Statement

It seems that in the upgrade from the legacy extension to the new extension, claude code no longer has access to the problems pane in vs code. This means that I have to copy and paste errors from the pane into claude code now, whereas previously it would detect them on its own.

Proposed Solution

Restore the functionality from the old claude code extension which had the /ide command to enable this.
