[BUG] Subscription not updating to Max20 after upgrade from Pro

What's Wrong?

Timeline:

• Early October: Downgraded from Max20 to Pro (needed to use Claude Code via API)
• Tuesday (October 29): Last day of Pro subscription, upgraded back to Max20
• Payment processed successfully via Apple Pay on iOS
• Since then: No update in account - still shows "Pro Plan" in Settings → Billing
• Rate limits remain at Pro tier instead of Max20

Expected behavior:
Account should display "Max20 Plan" and grant Max20 rate limits after successful payment

Actual behavior:

• Billing shows: "Pro Plan" (unchanged since Tuesday)
• Rate limits: Pro tier (should be Max20)
• Cannot work on projects due to insufficient Pro limits

Support contact attempts:

• Contacted via Fin AI Agent since yesterday - no response
• Received one email from Wallace on October 31 at 9 PM CET
• Support has not provided any solution or resolution
• Response time extremely slow for a critical billing issue

Additional context:

• Platform: iOS (Apple Pay payment method)
• Payment confirmed and processed
• Previous successful payment history with same method

Impact:
Critical - Unable to work on projects for 3+ days due to incorrect rate limits. Extremely dissatisfied with both the technical issue and lack of support resolution.

What Should Happen?

Rate limits and subscription plan should be Max20
