Conversation continuity between Claude Desktop and Claude Code/Web

Problem Statement

Currently, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and Claude Web maintain separate conversation histories. There's no sync between them, making it difficult to start a conversation on one (e.g., Claude Desktop) and continue it on another (e.g., Claude Code or claude.ai). While 'Web → CLI teleport' exists, it does not cover general use cases across all products.

Proposed Solution

Enable syncing or a 'continue conversation' function across Claude's desktop, web, and code products for smooth cross-context workflows. This would greatly improve productivity for users who switch between chat and code contexts.
