[Bug] Post-Compaction Loss of Conversation Context and Continuity

Bug Description
After compacting the system really gets out of alignment with the conversation. It doesn't have a continuation from the precompact conversation. It's more like it has some kind of summary but not sure what to do on the next step and basically spends some of the post-compacting conversation on just reminding the model what needs to be done
