[Bug] TUI scrolling glitches in VSCode Terminal crash in versions post-2.0.8

Bug Description
CLI TUI is still going crazy scrolling the CLI text in VSCode Terminal. This is causing VSCode to Crash consistently and I am losing work and CC context. If I run npx v2.08 CC, this does not happen. If I run Claude in macos terminal it does not happen. This CLI TUI text scrolling bug is post 2.0.8 and only when in VSCode Terminal. Please fix - this is a CRITICAL issue. Thanks.
