Problem Statement
Claude has no way to view which tabs are open in vscode. That would allow a very easy way to give Claude access to all the files it needs to read and/or make changes to, instead of needing to @ every single one.
Proposed Solution
Just like Claude can access the text that is selected and the filename of the currently active tab, it should be able to access the (relative) paths for all open tabs.

Additional Context
This is somewhat similar to https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/3967 but I think my way is more convenient.
