[BUG] Even though I used 'rewind' (double esc) to restore Claude code and convo to previous point, it remembered

What's Wrong?

I was trying to fix a bug when I decided it wasn't worth it, so I used DOUBLE ESC to 'rewind' to the point where it would put the 'look into xyz bug' into the prompt, which I would erase and perfect... however after restoring code/convo to that point, then asking it to update notes and commit/push, it said it was still trying to work on the issue.... I'm guessing more UI error than anything else...

What Should Happen?

It shouldn't have the text circled in red because I used 'rewind' to go back further than what it says its going to try and continue to do.
