[BUG] Rewind feature doesn't restore previous todos

What's Wrong?

When I try to rewind code and conversation, we do that but we also keep the updated todo list

What Should Happen?

When rewinding, the todo list should also be reverted to its previous version, which implies that the todo list should be versioned and each message should be associated to its right todo list

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write some messages.
2. Get Claude to write a todo list with some steps.
3. Write other messages and have Claude update the todo with newer steps.
4. Rewiond back to a previous message where the older todos where valid
