[FEATURE] One button approve/approve+whitelist/deny

Problem Statement

When i'm faced with

Allow <tool call> 
Allow <tool call> and whitelist it for the rest of the session 
Deny <tool call> and tell Claude what to do differently 

I'm constantly pressing arrows once or twice then enter. That's 2-3 presses!

Proposed Solution

1: Allow <tool call> 
2: Allow <tool call> and whitelist it for the rest of the session 
3: Deny <tool call> and tell Claude what to do differently 

Then I press the number on my keyboard. Fewer button presses!

Alternative Solutions

Feel free to add more options IMO

1: Allow <tool call> 
2: Allow <tool call> and whitelist it for the rest of the session 
3: Deny <tool call> and tell Claude what to do differently 
4: Allow <tool call> and whitelist it in `./.claude/settings.json`
5: etc...

use numbers 4 and up for persistent settings? idk maybe. I feel much less strongly about this.
