[FEATURE] Mods in the terminal: let the AbovePrompt band sit flush against the prompt

Problem Statement
In the terminal, the AbovePrompt band always leaves one blank row between the mod's tree and the prompt's top border. A mod can't remove that row or draw into it. For bands that belong to the prompt (a pinned note, a progress list, a status row), the gap makes them read as part of the transcript instead.
What I tried (Claude Code 2.1.300, Windows Terminal):
marginBottom={-1}on the root Box: the band shrinks by one row and clips the last row of the tree; the prompt doesn't move up.- A
position="absolute"Box withbottom={-1}andheight={1}: it isn't painted at all, because the band's region clips it. The workaround in #99424 (an absolute layer with negative offsets) only works on desktop. - No
AbovePromptprop controls the spacing (hasSurvey,isWorking,maxRows,bodyColumns,scroll,view).
Proposed Solution
An opt-in from the hook that drops the blank row under the band in the terminal, for example a field on the ui.render result or a prop on the root Box (flush: true). If #99424 lands as a chrome option for the band, chrome: 'none' could cover this in the terminal too.
Alternative Solutions
Closing the band with the mod's own rule as its last row. It frames the band, but the blank row stays and the rule sits right above the prompt border, so the line looks doubled.
Priority
Medium - Would be very helpful
Feature Category
Interactive mode (TUI)
Use Case Example
A mod that pins a note above the prompt: a rule, a header row with buttons, and the pinned text. The pinned text should touch the prompt border; today a blank row always separates them (screenshot below: rule at the top, pin, then the blank row and the prompt border).
