[Bug] Plugin AbovePrompt band not rendered in right pane of split view

Bug Description
[Code tab] Plugin AbovePrompt band is not rendered in the right pane of split view

Environment: Windows 11 Pro, Claude desktop 2.26454.2, Claude Code 2.1.293
Plugin: token-weather@claude-code-playground-mods 0.1.0 (user scope, uses ui.render on AbovePrompt)

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the Code tab, open two sessions in split view (A on the left, B on the right).
2. Let each session finish at least one response.

Result: The band appears above the prompt input in A (left pane), but not in B (right pane).
When B is opened on its own (no split view), the band renders normally.
I confirmed that the plugin is loaded in B's claude.exe process.

Unknown: I have not determined whether the cause is the right pane itself or the focused pane (B was the focused pane).
