Feature request: Render plugin UI (AbovePrompt band, status) when viewing a Remote Control session from the Desktop app
I run Claude Code Desktop on two Windows machines. A user-scope plugin draws a band above the prompt via ui.render { component: 'AbovePrompt' } (hardware, context and limit info, plus buttons). When I open a session that runs on machine B from the Desktop app on machine A (Remote Control / remote session), the band is missing — only the app's own notices show. The plugin is installed and running on machine B, so the engine could draw the band, but the viewing client apparently never requests it (no ui_render for AbovePrompt / no slot).
Expected: a remote Desktop viewer requests and draws AbovePrompt (and plugin status lines / panes) like a local Desktop session does, so plugin UI stays usable regardless of which machine I look at the session from.
