Problem Statement

Routines exist to run on a schedule, so the first thing I need each day is whether each one ran and whether it succeeded. Until 2.37337.1 the Routines sidebar section answered that, because every run showed up there. Since the update the section is hidden with no toggle (#102150), and the Scheduled page shows runs only inside each routine's history. With 11 cloud routines and 2 local scheduled tasks, most of them every weekday, I can no longer tell at a glance what ran today, and a failed or unread run is easy to miss.

Proposed Solution

When fixing #102150, show on each routine row, in the Routines section and on the Scheduled page, what the routine's History already has: the time of the latest run, whether it succeeded or failed, and the existing unread dot. Clicking the row opens that run.

Alternative Solutions

  • Scheduled -> routine -> History: works, but it takes several clicks per routine and gives no overview.
  • Pinning a run or moving it into a custom section is refused ("Routine runs show under their routine"), see #102158.

Priority

High - Significant impact on productivity

Use Case Example

  1. Every weekday morning my routines report on production errors, product metrics and the test suite.
  2. I open the sidebar and see which ones ran today, which failed and which I haven't read yet.
  3. I open the unread ones and act on them, and nothing slips because I forgot to check.

Additional Context

Claude Desktop 2.37337.1, macOS (Darwin 25.5). Related: #102150 (hidden Routines section), #100563 (run-history panel), #98885 (unread dots).
