GitHub Integration connected but not available as a connector in chats (“Add from GitHub” only pastes the repo link)

What were you trying to do?
Summary
The GitHub Integration connector shows as connected in my personal settings and is enabled for our organization, but it doesn’t appear in the in-chat connector toggle list. As a result, Claude can’t read repositories added through “Add from GitHub.”

Steps to reproduce
In a chat, click + → Add from GitHub.
Select whoosh-golf / whoosh_monolith in the “Add content from GitHub” dialog and click Add repository.
The repo URL is inserted into the message box as plain text.
After sending, Claude reports that it has no GitHub connector tools in the conversation and can’t read the repository.
Expected behavior
Per the dialog text, Claude should read the linked repository through the GitHub connector.
Actual behavior
The link is pasted as text, and Claude has no GitHub tools available. When asked, Claude searched its available tools and found no GitHub connector, only Linear’s pull-request tools.
What I’ve verified
Org admin settings → Connectors: GitHub Integration is listed (Type: Web, Authorization: Individual, Category: Development tools).
Personal settings → Connectors: GitHub Integration shows a checkmark (connected), alongside Fathom, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, HubSpot, Linear, Sentry, Slack and Whoosh, which all work.
In-chat + → Connectors menu: toggles appear for Fathom, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, HubSpot, Linear and Sentry, but GitHub Integration is missing. It would sort just above Gmail. A new chat shows the same list.
The “Add from GitHub” picker can see and select the repository, so GitHub authorization appears to work at least for the picker.
