[GitHub integration] GitHub is authenticated, connected and can get repo info in the UI, but chats refuse to use the connector.

What were you trying to do?
I'm trying to connect to my github account to read and manage issues and projects.
What happened instead?
Claude keeps saying it's got no connection to github, even though the UI says it can it's authenticated, it can connect and it can query projects/repos.
