Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report
  • [x] I am using the latest version of the Claude iOS app

What's Wrong?

In a Cowork cloud session opened in the Claude iOS app, when Claude calls propose_skills, the transcript only shows a collapsed "Used Propose Skills" row. No skill review card appears, so there's no Save button and the skill can't be saved from the phone.

Asking Claude to show the card again gives the same result: a second "Used Propose Skills" row and still no card.

This has been happening for weeks, across sessions.

What Should Happen?

The skill proposal card renders in the iOS app with a working Save button. Other users report these cards rendering and saving correctly on iOS (see #100768).

Error Messages/Logs

None shown. The tool call reports success, and the card never appears.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a Cowork task from the Claude desktop app on macOS (cloud session linked to the Mac).
  2. Ask Claude to draft a skill. Claude calls propose_skills.
  3. Open the same conversation in the Claude iOS app.
  4. Only a "Used Propose Skills" row is shown. No card, no Save button.
  5. Ask Claude to show the card again. It calls propose_skills again, with the same result.
