Right after the upgrade the weekly limit shows 100% used, "Resets Thu 7:00 AM". Upgrading to the larger plan left me with less weekly allowance than the cheaper plan bought the same morning.

What Should Happen?

After an upgrade, usage so far should count against the new, larger Max 20x weekly limit (or reset as it did on renewal), not jump to 100%.

Steps to Reproduce

Lapsed Max subscription.
Renew Max 5x — weekly usage resets.
Use Claude Code for a few hours.
Upgrade Max 5x → Max 20x.
Weekly limit shows 100%, resets Thu 7:00 AM.

Is this a regression?
