What's Wrong?

Hi, I bought my 5x max plan today and upgraded to max 20x when I ran out of hourly usage, at that point my fable 5 weekly usage was a little over 20% and my all models weekly usage was a little over the 13% mark, after I upgraded to the 20x plan my weekly fable usage is at 100% and my weekly all models usage is at around 55%, this can't be correct, can I get some help with this, it's supposedly the last day I can use fable on the max plan so this is really disappointing

What Should Happen?

My weekly usages should have been divided by 4 instead of multiplied by 4 when moving from max 5x to max 20x

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

My 5 hourly usage was maxed out for the second time since i upgraded to 5x when I upgraded to 20x, I don't know if that's related
