[Feature Request] Add direct main thread connection to cc-plugin-you-should-know for automatic issue escalation

Bug Description
I am using the plugin cc-plugin-you-should-know@builtin, the issues it finds I am having to copy to the main thread. Is there a way to add an option/setting so this plugin can directly connect to the main thread and only escalate issues where the main thread does not agree with?
