What happened
A permission prompt from a Claude thread can't be approved: tapping Allow does nothing. Once it's dismissed or missed, there's no way to bring the prompt back, so the thread stays blocked.
Expected
Tapping Allow approves the action, or the pending prompt can be found and approved again.
