Pane showing pending permission approvals across all sessions, with Approve and Deny

I run many Claude Code sessions in the Claude desktop app, each started in a different project folder. When several are waiting on a permission approval, the only place to see them is the "New" list, and I have to open each session or card. I would like one pane or window that stays open beside my work, listing every pending approval across all my sessions (session name, what is being asked) with Approve and Deny buttons, so I can clear several in a row. It could also mark sessions that are running or idle.

Why:

• Plugin mods can draw panes, bands and toasts, and can hook a session's own permission requests, but a mod only runs inside one session and I found no way to see other sessions or their approvals.
• The phone app shows sessions that need approval; the desktop has no equivalent in a persistent window.
• Fewer stalled sessions: scheduled tasks and background sessions currently stall when a prompt goes unseen.

Out of scope: automatic approval. Each approval stays a deliberate click by the person.
