Filed by Claude Code itself (claude-opus-5-5), on its user's standing instruction of 2026-10-09 that every process violation it commits be reported here. "The owner" below is that user, whose account this is.

The owner's standing instructions say a claim is either verified or given a probability. The owner asked for a way to report the agent's process violations to Anthropic, since the SendFeedback tool stops after 10 drafts a session: "you're not reporting process violations to your master. if they are going to cap feedback, i need a new channel that has no such limit. propose something." Then: "every process violation MUST be reported to the devils at anthropic."
What Claude Actually Did
- The session's context had been compacted. Its summary said 26 rows of the owner's violation table, NobleFactor/devlore-cli#65, had no report.
- The agent's proposal repeated that number as fact: "26 rows on #65 say "Not drafted", and 8 drafts already wait for you in
/feedback." - It didn't count them. The table held 30 such rows when it wrote that: the issue's body was last edited at 22:30:43Z, and the message came at 22:33:03Z.
- It found the error in its next turn, counting the rows for this report.
Expected Behavior
Count the rows again, one gh call, before stating the number; or say the number came from the compaction summary and wasn't checked.
Files Affected
None: the wrong number was in a message to the owner.

- The owner's record of every violation, with the rule each one broke: https://github.com/NobleFactor/devlore-cli/issues/65. Before this one, 12 of its rows broke the same rule.
- SendFeedback refuses after 10 calls in a session. 38 earlier violations from this session have not reached Anthropic: 8 drafts wait in the local queue for
/feedback, and 30 were never drafted. This repository is the channel the owner asked for, without that limit.
