Claude Project consumes from weekly usage as well as the $100 usage free allowance

What happened
Claude Project shows a note saying that $100 setup credi usage won't count toward limits, but while it went 3%→9%, my session limit went 10%→24% and weekly 2%→4%. Should limits rise while the credit is active?
