[Feature Request] Allow security analysis skills for self-owned applications

Bug Description
I’m frustrated that Claude restricts me from creating a skill to check security issues in my own application. Claude recently helped me fix a vulnerability, and I simply want to create a reusable skill to identify and prevent future security issues. I’m not trying to exploit anything; I’m trying to keep my application safe. Security policies should distinguish between malicious activity and legitimate defensive security work.
