[Feature Request] Separate usage limits for Claude Code CLI from Claude web/desktop applications

Bug Description
I wasn't knowing that Claude Code and Claude desktop app or Claude other features (chat, cowork, etc.) using the same usage limits. That is ridiculous to be honest, as I can't use both with my plan, due to usage consumption. Noticed that GPT and Codex are having a completely different environments and usage window. Would you mind taking that seriously and start to think about it, although it needs break changes
