[BUG] CC Freezes and Prevents other Applications from Opening

What's Wrong?

When my CC session freezes up, CPU Load spikes for about 15 seconds, then drops back down to normal and then the CC process sits at 100% CPU. I cannot open anything new (browser tab, terminal, etc) until I force quit the CC process thru activity monitor.

This usually occurs during Plan Mode, but has also happened in Accept Edit mode.

I have the Supabase and Dart MCP servers setup. The Supabase MCP is pointing to my locally running instance.

What Should Happen?

I would expect CC to know that it is stuck in some loop and exit.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. open a CC session in an empty directory using iTerm2
  2. enter plan mode and prompt with:
build me a flutter app that opens with a pager view and asks the user 10 questions about 
their favoriute things. each question should have 4 options that are in a 2x2 grid with 
an emoji and text label on 2 separate rows. there should be a segmented progress 
indicartor at the top. when they are done with the last question, navigate to a new 
screen showing a 2x2 grid of all the things they selected. throw condfetti on the 
screen and place a "try again" button at the bottom.
  1. CC finishes and then asks if you want to clear context and accept edits.
  2. agree
  3. CC starts working and locks up
