[BUG] microphone input missing from non-empty dialog box

What's Wrong?
Bug/feature request: Microphone button disappears when the input box contains text (Claude for Windows, Cowork)
Version: 2.26454.2 (75afdd), built Oct 7, 2026
What happens: When the message box is empty, a microphone button appears next to the model selector. As soon as any text is typed or dictated into the box, the microphone is replaced by the send (↵) button, and there's no way to start dictation again until the box is cleared.
Expected: The microphone should stay available at all times, alongside the send button, so I can mix typing and dictation or add more dictated text to a message I've already started.
Why it matters: I rely on voice input. Having to clear the box or finish the message by typing breaks my workflow.
Screenshots attached: empty box with mic visible, box with text and mic missing.
What Should Happen?
A microphone input dialog box. option should always be available For users with accessibility needs.
