[BUG] /usage command shows incorrect model name (Opus instead of Haiku)

What's Wrong?

• /status shows: Model: claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 ✅
• /usage shows: "Current week (Opus)" ❌

We have a Claude Pro Account, which does not have "Opus"

What Should Happen?

• /usage should show: "Current week (Haiku)" or similar
