[FEATURE] Desktop (Code tab): show finished sessions on the home screen, not only "Needs input"

Problem: The home screen "Sessions" list shows only sessions marked "Needs input" (orange dot). Sessions where Claude has finished and is waiting for me (blue dot) appear only in the sidebar. I run 50+ sessions across about 10 custom sections, so the blue dots are easy to miss. Those sessions sit idle until I scan the whole sidebar.

Request: Add finished, unread sessions to the home screen list, either:

1. as a second group ("Ready for review") under "Needs input", or
2. through a setting that controls which states the home screen shows.

Why it matters: A finished session waits on me as much as one that needs input does. The home screen should be one place to see everything that is waiting on me.
