What's Wrong?

What's Wrong?
I am running Claude Desktop via a Gateway account provided to me. When I upload a skill to that account, SKILL.MD is transferred, but all other files and directories do not transfer. This does not happen when I deploy the same skill to my local account running on my own machine. See screenshot for comparison.

This is a repeat of https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/83514. The bot told me to raise this as an issue again due to inactivity on the previous issue that it closed.

What Should Happen?

I expect all of the files and directories to be transferred with the skill.

Error Messages/Logs

No errors reported; it is a silent fail.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Skill locally on Claude Desktop running on local PC.
  2. Generate Skill ZIP file by exporting it.
  3. Log out of Claude Desktop.
  4. Log into Claude Desktop via the Gateway.
  5. Upload the Skill to Claude Desktop.
  6. Check that all files in the skill are present.

Additional Information

This is a repeat of https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/83514. The bot told me to raise this as an issue again due to inactivity on the previous issue that it closed. So this has been reported earlier, but the bot clearly told to create a new issue.
