[FEATURE] Mods: a hover delay for Box hover reveals in Desktop

Environment: Claude desktop 2.19675.1.0 (Windows 11), Claude Code 2.1.288, an installed plugin that draws a status row in ui.render AbovePrompt on the desktop surface.

Today: a reading's card is a Box drawn display: "none" with hover: { display: "flex" }, as the BoxProps.hover doc describes. The card opens the moment the pointer crosses the row. A row near the prompt is crossed often, so cards pop up while the pointer only passes over it. The hover is applied by the surface and no hook runs, so a plugin cannot delay it. BoxHoverProps has no delay and no modifier-key condition.

Tried instead: opening on a Button press. A pressed card can only be a hover popover (it closes when the pointer leaves) or drawn inside the band (it grows the band). Only the text label of a Button is pressable, so a gauge drawn with Svg cannot open its card.

Ask: one of:

• a delay on a hover reveal, e.g. hover: { display: "flex", delayMs: 400 };
• a hover that applies only while a modifier key is held;
• a press on any keyed Box, not only on a Button label.
