[FEATURE] Desktop: more copy/export actions in the sidebar session menu (branch, path, Markdown transcript)

Add these actions to the sidebar session right-click menu in the desktop app (Code tab):
- Copy branch name: the session's git branch (e.g. its worktree branch)
- Copy working directory: the session's cwd / worktree path
- Copy transcript as Markdown, or an Export option that writes Markdown. Today "Export transcript" produces
transcript.jsonl, which is hard to read or paste into a doc, ticket, or chat.
Why
I run many parallel sessions and often need to hand one off: paste the branch into a PR or ticket, cd into its worktree from a terminal, or share a readable transcript with a coworker. Each of these currently means opening the session and digging for the value or converting the JSONL myself. Codex offers similar quick-copy actions from its session list.
